SERVICES

The Alliance intends to pursue the following main activities:

— conduct information analyses and studies, make legal assessments of various situations in order to obtain preventive data about any potential threats to the production, economic, financial or business interests of the Alliance members;

— make surveys and evaluations on various economic aspects which may interest the Alliance members, make Russian and foreign market analyses and forecasts and identify market opportunities which may give competitive edge to the Alliance members;

— make independent expert assessments of various projects, look for and assist potential investors;

— safeguard the interests of Russian and foreign businesses involved in the Alliance in the bodies of legislative and executive power and protect them from corruption and criminal actions;

— represent and defend the rights and interests of the Alliance members in the federal and local bodies of power;

— organize and coordinate the efforts of the member security organizations with a view to enhancing the efficiency of their operation;

— coordinate its activities with law enforcement organizations and work in close contact with the Russian and foreign partners' economic security services;

— assist the Alliance members in ensuring their own security.

Alliance and Partner Business Security

Business security programs involving non-governmental law enforcement and security forces are tailored to meet the needs of specific businesses based on the actual criminal threat and include both personal safety and property protection measures.

Non-governmental security and investigation teams are capable of carrying out comprehensive security programs funded from any sources other than the national budget and using legal, organizational and tactical expertise and qualified personnel of the governmental law enforcement agencies and special services.

The Alliance groups investigation, security, legal, consulting and information agencies and other structures which have a high professional reputation both in Russia and abroad. The Alliance will work in coordination with law enforcement agencies and the Russian and foreign partners' security forces in order to provide the following services for the Alliance members:

1. Detective services:

­ obtaining information about various businesses in Russia;
­ gathering information about firms and companies operating worldwide;
­ thorough investigations of potential business partners and clients;
­ financial investigations;
­ insurance investigations;
­ corporate investigations;
­ investigating the infringements on trademarks and registered names and unscrupulous competition;
­ following up on criminal and civil cases;
­ searching for defaulting debtors and missing persons;
­ conducting comprehensive investigations using sophisticated computer and printing equipment.

2. Information and analytical services:

­ Russian and foreign market studies;
­ investigating potential partners and clients;
­ preparing memorandums and summaries about banks, insurance companies and firms in Russia;
­ contract follow-up and information support worldwide.

3. Consulting and other services:

­ crisis consulting;
­ consultations and recommendations about lawful protection against illegal actions;
­ developing individual security concepts;
­ employment interviews and investigations using advanced Russian and foreign psychological instruments based on the lie detector;
­ identifying and removing hidden audio and recording devices from office and private space;
­ projection, assembling and setting up of non-stop TV surveillance, fire alarm / alarm and security system operation and installation on new sites.

4. Security and bodyguard services:

­ guarding banks, offices and other facilities used for storing valuable assets on a permanent basis;
­ security services during mass events: presentations, gatherings, concerts, etc.;
­ VIP protection services (executive cars available);
­ escorting cargo, valuables and cash in the territory of Russia;
­ armed escorts through partner organizations worldwide (specialized vehicles available);
­ efficient 24-hour support in any situations which may jeopardize the clients' life, health and property using mobile rapid action groups.
