PRESIDENT

The Alliance general assembly elected Veniamin Kashirskikh President of the Alliance in May 2000.

Born in Moscow in 1945, Veniamin Kashirskikh has a university degree, speaks fluent English, is married and has two grown-up children.

V. Kashirskikh started his career as a worker in 1961 and graduated from the Bauman Technical University in Moscow in 1968. After graduation, V. Kashirskikh worked as an engineer in the defense industry for a while and then made a brilliant military career in counterintelligence forces rising from sub-lieutenant in 1969 to lieutenant general in 1995. V. Kashirskih has several national awards and the title of an Honorary Counterintelligence Officer.
